One idea is make this journal your prayer journal and write prayers to God. Remember God loves you and wants to hear about all your feelings, fears, hopes and joys!
You might want to share your journal with a trusted adult or friend so that they will be able to understand how you feel. Make sure they are very good at listening!

Sketchbook
Use the sketchbook to draw pictures of what you are feeling, thinking, or what makes you happy or sad.
You can use it as a way to pray if you want to. Draw a picture for God about how you are feeling or something you are thankful about. Then you can print it, or save it and when you look at pray again! If you don't want to keep it, wipe it away and start over.
Another idea is to to draw a prayer picture of something that is causing you pain and then as you wipe it away, give it to God and ask God to help you!
